Ordering from our website.
Our products are made using UL listed light parts. Our fixtures are assembled, tested, and packaged on site at our business location in Chesterland Ohio. We do carry some of our fixtures in stock but most of our inventory is made to order. Our customers can arrange to pick-up items directly if they are conveniently located near our facility. Just contact us or leave an order note during checkout. We do not offer any discounts for orders that are picked up.
Our website uses Paypal for secure online checkout. We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Customers who have Paypal accounts can checkout as a guest or checkout using their Paypal account. After checkout is complete, you will be routed back to our site with information regarding your order. You will also receive a confirmation email from our site and when your order is ready to ship we will send tracking information.
Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns on orders placed through our website unless the item(s) arrive damaged or not working. All of our fixtures are tested before shipment but if you receive any item that is damaged or not working we will provide a full refund upon receipt of the item back. We do not refund return shipping cost. We allow up to 30 days to accept any return for any reason. If your items arrive damaged or not working, please initiate contact with us within 30 days or we may not accept the return and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Orders placed through our website are generally ready to ship within 3-5 business days. We may require additional time for large quantity orders. Since we offer FREE shipping on ALL orders, we do opt to ship using the most economical method available to us based on loaction. Most orders are shipped using USPS, FedEX, or UPS. If you cannot receive items from any of these carriers, we ask that you please make an item note during checkout with any special shipping instructions or limitations. Please allow an additional 2-10 days on top of our handling time for shipping transit. All shipping times vary upon location.
